Joyment.co.uk is operational and available 24/7 for purchases. Our office hours are between 8:30 - 5:00. Monday to Friday. We are closed on public holidays and weekends.
Where can I view orders, shipping details, billing details and account details?
All products on Joyment.co.uk may be purchased using credit card via a 3rd party gateway, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal.
Can I check my past orders?
Yes, go to Joyment.co.uk, once logged in go to My Account at the top or bottom of the page. There you will see your all past and present orders. You may also go to My Orders found at the bottom of the page.
What happens if I do not want a product I ordered?
It is imperative to register a return via email to hello@joyment.co.uk within 7 working days of receipt and the item reaches our us within 21 days.

Where do I find detailed information on a particular item?

How do I see stock of an item?
If you go to your selected item, it will show the stock status under the price in the information section.
I can’t find a product on your website anymore? Why is this?

All products ship within 2 - 5 working days (depending on the delivery destination).
What countries do you deliver to?
